  • Diamonds: 9k set with VS clarity natural diamonds, 18k set with VVS clarity natural diamonds
  • Signet shape: round, oval, cushion, square, marquise or oxford
  • Optional: inside band engraving (initials, date or short message) specify in your order notes
HOW IT WORKS
  1. Order your ring online, a sizing band ships to you to determine your ring size, or book a face-to-face consultation at our Sydney studio.
  2. Add any personalisation requests (inside band engraving, preferred signet shape) in the notes section at checkout.
  3. We confirm your details and begin hand-setting your pavé diamonds and finishing your ring.
  4. Production time is 2-4 weeks from order date.
  5. Your finished ring ships securely via Australia Post Express with tracking, or collect from our Sydney studio.

Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
