Made to order
Every Illoom piece is made to order in our Sydney studio. Production time depends on the piece and is confirmed when you order. For grillz, production starts once we have received your mould. Shipping times below apply from the day your piece is finished and dispatched.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. For international orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping options and costs.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery
All orders are sent tracked and require a signature on delivery. You'll receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched. Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Mould kits
Mould kits are posted to you with instructions and a return satchel. Send your mould back to us and we'll begin your grillz once it arrives.
Studio collection
Orders can be collected from our Sydney studio by appointment.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
