Every Illoom piece is custom made to your individual specification. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and made to fit only you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Full details on our policy can be found on Refunds and Repairs.

We accept credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Zip and humm. Cash is welcome for in-person payments at our Sydney studio, by appointment.
All pieces require payment in full before work begins. Zip and humm both let you spread the cost over time.

Absolutely, we ship securely Australia wide. The grillz process differs slightly from a custom and fine jewellery piece, however we go into details on how the process will work in our Grillz Guide and Designing With Us sections.

All products have a time frame estimate on the listing however once purchased we will discuss the date with you. All custom work is variable and we will discuss the time frames with you during the process. Most fine jewellery runs two to four weeks from design approval. If you need something by a particular date, tell us at the start and we'll let you know whether it's achievable.

Yes we have a Sydney studio which is available by appointment. Head to the contact page to organise a time to come see us.
