The Illoom Custom Signet Ring is our fully custom commission service, pieces designed with you and made only for you. Hand-engraved crests, monograms and motifs; stone inlay in onyx, jade, lapis, opal or mother of pearl; pavé diamond faces; symbolic and heraldic designs; letter or initial signets; sculptural profiles and one-of-a-kind shapes. Every element is designed from scratch and hand-crafted in our Sydney studio.

SPECS
  • Metal: sterling silver, 9k or 18k yellow, white or rose gold (platinum available on request)
  • Face design: hand-engraved crests, monograms, portraits, symbols and mottos; stone or coin inlay; pavé diamond or coloured stone settings; letter or initial pieces
  • Detailing: hand-engraving, cut-out openwork, bezel-set stones, pavé, inlay work, enamel
  • Signet shape: round, oval, cushion, square, marquise, oxford or a fully custom profile
  • Band style: standard, wide, Cuban link, sculptural or fully custom
  • Optional: 3D printed sample model prior to production (available on request)
  • Optional: inside band engraving (initials, date or short message), specify in your order notes
HOW IT WORKS
  1. Pay a $500 deposit, the deposit covers the preliminary design process and is deducted from your final order total.
  2. Share your vision by email, or book a face-to-face consultation at our Sydney studio. Reference images, photographs, family crests and rough sketches all welcome.
  3. We work with you to finalise the design and provide an accurate quote based on materials, complexity and stone work.
  4. A sizing band will be sent to determine your ring size, or you can be sized in person at our Sydney studio.
  5. Optional: request a 3D printed sample model to preview the design before production.
  6. Once approved, we hand-craft your ring, production time 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.
  7. Your finished ring ships securely via Australia Post Express with tracking, or collect from our Sydney studio.

Please note: the $500 deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.

Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
