Window Grillz are the classic open-face design, solid gold or silver frames each tooth with a clean window opening at the centre that reveals your natural tooth beneath. The understated statement piece. Every piece is hand-crafted in our Sydney studio, custom-made to fit your teeth with absolute precision.

Illoom has been making custom grillz in Australia since 2014, making us the country's original bespoke grillz studio. Every piece is made one-to-one to your exact dental impression for a flawless custom fit.

HOW IT WORKS
  1. Order your grillz online, your free mould kit ships express with an order form for your design preferences or we will organise a time for you to visit the studio for us to take your impressions.
  2. Follow our step-by-step video guide (QR code included) to take your dental impressions at home.
  3. Return your moulds and order form in the prepaid satchel.
  4. We hand-craft your bespoke grillz with production time 1–4 weeks from receipt of a successful mould.
  5. Your finished grillz ship securely with tracking or can be collected from the studio.

Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
Moulding Kit Information

Mould Kits are currently free with the purchase of Grillz. This allows us to continue our work and ensure you avoid travel and unnecessary contact. Simply make your purchase from our online store and we will send your mould kit out express. Follow the link below to our step by step how-to video. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the process.

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate dental impressions.

We supply our at-home mould kits, full instructions and service for those who can’t schedule an in-person appointment, or see a dentist. We advise you watch our how-to video, link below, to determine if you’re able to provide an accurate mould using the at-home method. If you do not feel able, please reach out to schedule an appointment in our Sydney studio, or with your dentist.

It is important you make sure your mould has clearly defined teeth, with no smudges or tears in the silicone. Please reference our how-to video for examples of correct and incorrect impressions.
