The Illoom Memorial Urn Pendant holds the cremation ashes of a loved one, human or pet, in a piece designed to be worn every day and to last a lifetime. Viewed through scratch-resistant sapphire watch glass it holds the ashes securely. The gold face is pavé-set with natural diamonds, with the option of interior engraving for a name, date, message or quote of your choosing. Made with care and made only for you.

  • Diamonds: 9k set with VS clarity natural diamonds, 18k set with VVS clarity natural diamonds
  • Dimensions: 40mm L x 26mm W x 7mm D (custom sizing available on request, additional cost may apply)
  • Sapphire watch glass (scratch-resistant, watchmaking-grade)
  • Optional: back engraving, a name, date or short phrase. Detailed or intricate engraving quoted separately.
  • Optional: interior engraving, a name, date, message or quote of your choosing

HOW IT WORKS
  1. Order your pendant online, or book a face-to-face consultation at our Sydney studio.
  2. Get in touch by email, we'll confirm your specification, discuss any personalisation and provide instructions for safely sending your ashes to our studio.
  3. We hand-craft your pendant, seal your ashes securely inside and finish the piece.
  4. Production time is 2-4 weeks from receipt of ashes.
  5. Your finished pendant ships securely via Australia Post Express with tracking, or collect from our Sydney studio.
Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
