Our Gift Certificates are perfect for anyone looking to gift a custom piece, whether it be grillz, a signature Illoom design or completely custom piece. They can be used either online or in-studio.

An at-home mould kit, in-studio moulding and ring sizing are included with your gift certificate purchase, depending on the piece that's chosen. Please let us know in the notes section which of these you require, if any.

If the value you would like to purchase is not listed, please get in touch to arrange your desired amount.

Gift certificates are valid for three years from the purchase date and are non refundable.

Amounts: $500 - $5,000
Delivery: A physical copy and digital copy will be supplied.
Valid for: 3 years from the date of purchase
Balance: Can be used across more than one order
Non-refundable.

Choose an amount and check out as normal.
A digital copy and physical copy will be sent to you. It's sent to the buyer, who can forward it or print it for the recipient.
The recipient enters the code at checkout on illoom.com.au, or quotes it when starting a custom piece with us.
If the piece costs less than the certificate, the balance stays on it for next time. If it costs more, they pay the difference.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
