CUSTOM MADE PENDANT

The Illoom Custom Made Pendant is our fully bespoke commission service, pieces designed with you and made only for you. Nameplates and initials, religious iconography, sports team icons and logos, iced-out letters and numbers, symbol and character pieces, sentimental keepsakes, statement medallions, every element is designed from scratch and hand-crafted in our Sydney studio by our specialist jeweller.

Illoom has been hand-crafting bespoke fine jewellery in Australia since 2014, with over 15 years of experience behind every piece. Every pendant is made one-to-one in our Sydney studio, no outsourcing and no mass production.

Please note: the $500 deposit covers the preliminary design phase. Full payment is required once design is approved. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. 
SPECS
  • Metal: sterling silver, 9k or 18k yellow, white or rose gold (platinum available on request)
  • Design: nameplates, initials, religious iconography, sports team icons, logos, symbols, characters, medallions or your own concept
  • Detailing: pavé diamond, coloured stones, enamel, engraving, inlay work, mechanical or moving elements, whatever idea you have we will work with you to bring it to life
  • Configuration: any size, shape or thickness
  • Optional: 3D printed sample model prior to production 
HOW IT WORKS
  1. Pay a $500 deposit which covers the preliminary design process and is deducted from your final order total.
  2.  Share your vision by email, or book a face-to-face consultation at our Sydney studio. Reference images, photographs and rough sketches all welcome.
  3. We work with you to finalise the design and provide an accurate quote based on materials, complexity and stone work.
  4. Optional: we can provide a 3D printed sample model to preview the design and adjust before production.
  5. Once approved, we hand-craft your pendant, production time 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.
  6. Your finished pendant ships securely via Australia Post Express with tracking or collect from our Sydney studio.
Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
