The Illoom Custom Engagement and Wedding Ring service is fully custom, every ring designed with you and made only for you. Solitaires, halos, three-stone, pavé, hidden halo, cathedral, bezel, cluster, toi et moi and one-of-a-kind sculptural designs. Round, oval, emerald cut, cushion, pear, marquise, princess, radiant, asscher or heart-cut diamonds, natural, lab-grown or Australian-sourced. Champagne diamonds, sapphires, rubies, aquamarines and morganites also available for coloured centre stones. Hand-crafted from start to finish in our Sydney studio, every piece is designed and made one-to-one to reflect your relationship.

Studio consultations and sizing available by appointment in Sydney. For engagement ring commissions, we recommend an in-person consultation where possible to view stones and finishes together.

  • Diamond cuts: round brilliant, oval, emerald, cushion, pear, marquise, princess, radiant, asscher, heart or fully custom
  • Setting styles: solitaire, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, pavé band, cathedral, bezel, cluster, toi et moi or fully sculptural
  • Wedding bands: plain metal, diamond eternity, half-eternity, contoured to fit an existing engagement ring, matching sets or hand-engraved vintage-style
  • Optional: 3D printed sample model prior to production
  • Optional: inside band engraving (initials, date or short message), specify in your order notes
HOW IT WORKS
  1. Pay a $500 deposit to begin the design process. The deposit covers the preliminary design work and is deducted from your final order total.
  2. Share your vision by email, or book a face-to-face consultation at our Sydney studio. Reference images, Pinterest boards, sketches and inspiration all welcome. If you're not sure where to start, we'll guide you.
  3. We work with you to finalise the design and source your stone. You'll approve every element such as cut, colour, clarity, carat and setting style before we begin.
  4. Optional: a 3D printed sample model can be provided to preview the design before production.
  5. Once design and stone are approved, full payment is required and we begin hand-crafting your ring. Production time 2–6 weeks depending on stone sourcing, design changes and design complexity.
  6. Your finished ring ships securely via Australia Post Express with tracking, or collect from our Sydney studio.

Shipping and Returns
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
  • You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 - 4 weeks.
  • Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
