Our Gift Certificates are perfect for anyone looking to gift a custom piece, whether it be Grillz, a Ring, a Pendant. They can be used either online or in-store.
An at-home mould kit, in-studio moulding and ring sizing are included with your gift certificate purchase, depending on the custom piece that's chosen. Please let us know in the notes section which of these you require.
If the value you would like to purchase is not listed, please get in touch to arrange your desired amount.
Gift certificates are valid for two years from the purchase date and are non refundable.
SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 – 4 weeks.
RETURNS
Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
