Our Classic Grillz are handcrafted in your choice of sterling silver, 18k or 9k yellow, rose, or white gold, and custom-made to fit your teeth perfectly.
All Standard Grillz are removable. If you're interested in permanent options, please reach out to us.
1. PURCHASE YOUR SELECTED GRILLZ VIA OUR ONLINE SHOP
2. WE WILL SEND YOU A FREE MOULD KIT THAT INCLUDES AN ORDER FORM TO SPECIFY WHAT TEETH/DESIGN DETAILS YOU WOULD LIKE
3. WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR MOULD KIT, SCAN THE QR CODE PROVIDED AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO, TAKE YOUR DENTAL IMPRESSION/S CAREFULLY
4. RETURN THE COMPLETED IMPRESSION/S TO US WITH ALL DETAILS FILLED OUT ON THE SUPPLIED ORDER FORM
5. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN MOULD, WE WILL BEGIN THE MAKING PROCESS
6. ORDERS TAKE 1-4 WEEKS TO COMPLETE FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE YOUR SUCCESSFUL MOULD
7. YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR COMPLETED GRILLZ ARE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU
SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. If you would like to receive tracking, include your email and contact number with your order.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for processing for mould kit orders.
You will receive your completed item within approximately 1 – 4 weeks.
RETURNS
Please note, custom work is non-refundable. Custom pieces are built to individual specification, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Changes made after custom work has begun may incur additional costs. For clarification on the custom process or any conditions of purchase, please contact us via email.
